About the German Rock Band (Industrial Metal) Rammstein

Rammstein (German pronunciation: [See Wikipedia], lit. "ramming stone") is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in Berlin in 1994. The band's lineup—consisting of lead vocalist Till Lindemann, lead guitarist Richard Kruspe, rhythm guitarist Paul Landers, bassist Oliver Riedel, drummer Christoph Schneider, and keyboardist Christian "Flake" Lorenz—has remained unchanged throughout their history, along with their approach to songwriting, which consists of Lindemann writing and singing the lyrics over instrumental pieces the rest of the band has completed beforehand. Prior to their formation, some members were associated with the punk rock acts Feeling B and First Arsch.

  • Erhardt Berger is the father of the Berger family. His wife is Doris Berger, and his children are Ute, Lutz, Jasper, Harald, and Volker. He is a bus driver in the county town of Marburg/Lahn, because he does not want to work in his father’s painting business. He repairs everything that needs to be repaired.
  • Doris Berger is the mother of the Berger family. Her husband is Erhardt Berger, and her children are Ute, Lutz, Jasper, Harald, and Volker. In the story, she is first a housewife, then she has small jobs, and then she is an employee at the Ferrero company in Stadtallendorf. She always tries to solve the family’s money problems. Legal and illegal.
  • Ute is the eldest child of Doris and Erhardt Berger. During the narration, she will become twelve years old. The name of her twin brother is Lutz, as they are fraternal twins. Jasper, Harald, and Volker are her younger brothers.

Kaufhaus des Westens in Berlin (KaDeWe)

Das Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe) ist ein Warenhaus in Berlin mit einem gehobenen Sortiment und Luxuswaren, das von Adolf Jandorf gegründet und nach Plänen des Architekten Emil Schaudt errichtet wurde. Am 27. März 1907 wurde es in der Tauentzienstraße am Wittenbergplatz im Ortsteil Schöneberg eröffnet und gilt als das bekannteste Warenhaus Deutschlands.

Im Laufe seiner Geschichte wurde das Kaufhaus des Westens mehrere Male aus- und umgebaut. Siebenmal wechselte der Mutterkonzern. Seit 2015 gehört es zur Central Group.

Gegenwärtig ist das KaDeWe mit 60.000 Quadratmetern Verkaufsfläche eines der größten Warenhäuser Europas. Als besondere Attraktion gilt seit Ende der 1920er Jahre die Feinkostabteilung. Nach einer Erweiterung ist sie seit 1978 die zweitgrößte Lebensmittelabteilung eines Warenhauses weltweit.

Seit 2020 hat das KaDeWe einen Online-Shop. Ende Januar 2024 stellte die Betreibergesellschaft in Folge einer Reihe vorausgegangener Insolvenzen ihrer Muttergesellschaft Signa einen eigenen Insolvenzantrag und dokumentierte die Zahlungsunfähigkeit.

The Kaufhaus des Westens (German for ‚Department Store of the West‘), abbreviated to KaDeWe, is a department store in Berlin, Germany. With over 60,000 square meters (650,000 sq ft) of retail space and more than 380,000 articles available, it is the second-largest department store in Europe after Harrods in London. It attracts 40,000 to 50,000 visitors every day.

The store is located on Tauentzienstraße, a major shopping street, between Wittenbergplatz and Breitscheidplatz, near the heart of former West Berlin. It is technically in the extreme northwest of the south Berlin neighborhood of Schöneberg.

Since 2015, the KaDeWe Group has been jointly owned by the Central Group, a Thailand-based international department store conglomerate[1] and Signa Holding, while Signa wholly owns the KaDeWe building, leasing it to the business.

The KaDeWe Group filed for bankruptcy on 29 January 2024, due to significantly rising rents demanded by Signa.

Donna Summer (* 31. Dezember 1948 in Boston, Massachusetts; † 17. Mai 2012 in Naples, Florida; eigentlich LaDonna Adrian Gaines) war eine US-amerikanische Sängerin und Songschreiberin, die von 1968 bis 1976 in Deutschland und Österreich lebte und arbeitete.

Summer gilt als die „unbestrittene Disco-Queen“. Gemeinsam mit den Produzenten Giorgio Moroder und Pete Bellotte entwickelte sie ab Mitte der 1970er Jahre von München aus die moderne Tanzmusik weiter zu einer neuen Idee von internationalem Pop.

Mit Songs wie Love to Love You Baby, I Feel Love, Hot Stuff oder On the Radio wurde sie in der zweiten Hälfte der 1970er Jahre zum internationalen Star. Sie eroberte die Hitparaden weltweit und verkaufte geschätzte 130 Millionen Schallplatten. Sie war 1977 und 1979 die erfolgreichste Musikerin in Deutschland und 1979 und 1980 die erfolgreichste Musikerin der USA. Ihr Song I Feel Love ist der weltweit erfolgreichste Song der 1970er Jahre aus Deutschland. Sie gewann von 1978 bis 1997 fünf Grammys in vier verschiedenen Musikrichtungen (R’n’B, Rock, Gospel, Dance-Pop) und ihr Song Last Dance 1978 einen Oscar. 1992 erhielt sie einen Stern auf dem Hollywood Walk of Fame. 2011 wurde Donna Summer mit ihrem Song I Feel Love für das Nationale Schallplattenverzeichnis der US-Kongressbibliothek (National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress) ausgewählt; sie gehört damit zum Klangerbe der USA, das für zukünftige Generationen bewahrt werden soll. 2013 wurde sie in die Rock and Roll Hall of Fame aufgenommen. 2018 wurde ein Remix ihres Songs Hot Stuff ihr 18. Nummer-1-Hit in den US-amerikanischen Club-Charts.
